Influence of job satisfaction on employee commitment in non-profit organizations

چکیده

Given that, in the realization of mission a non-profit organization, employees play most important role, this research we questioned employees' job satisfaction and their dedication to organization. The problem question was aimed at examining influence on organizational commitment. Data were collected through questionnaire from respondents state Bosnia Herzegovina. sample consisted Islamic Community statistical software package for data analysis -SPSS -was used analyze attitudes 602 employees. main hypothesis was: H1. Job has direct impact commitment obtained results confirmed hypothesis. also that within framework functioning aforementioned it would be other topics field human resource management.
